Bingata is a traditional dyeing technique from Okinawa, Japan.
It is characterized by vivid colors and intricate patterns, often depicting nature themes.
Yellow, the representative color of Bingata, was considered a noble color, and only royalty were allowed to wear it during the Ryukyu Kingdom period.

沖縄の伝統的な染物。

鮮やかな色彩と複雑な模様が特徴で、多くの場合、自然をテーマに描かれる。
紅型の代表的な色である黄色は高貴な色とされ、琉球王国時代には王族のみ着用を許されていた。
