For products listed on the product page, if the materials currently in use become discontinued or difficult to obtain, I may either stop selling the product once the stock of the materials runs out or use alternative materials.
Cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted after an order is placed. However, if there are any damages or defects in the delivered product, please contact me within three days of receipt. I will verify the issue and take appropriate action.
All items are handmade by myself, and the quantity that can be produced is limited.
Since custom-made orders are crafted after the order is received, there may be a delay between your payment and the shipping of the product, depending on the current booking schedule.
Custom fabrics used for special order items (such as Bitcoin patterned fabric) take about three weeks to arrive, so you may have to wait more than a month for your product to be shipped.
Additionally, if the number of orders reaches a certain limit, I may temporarily suspend accepting new custom orders.
