和風巾着／Japanese Style Kinchaku

I created a traditional Japanese square drawstring bag, known as a Kinchaku, using fabric with a Bitcoin theme.

It has a square bottom and retains its square shape even when the drawstring is pulled tight.

It has “Bitcoin fixes this” embroidered on it.
It’s just the right size for carrying essentials like your smartphone.

ビットコインをテーマにした布を使って、日本風の巾着を作りました。
底が四角く、ひもを絞っても四角い形を保ちます。
ビットコインの格言“Bitcoin fixes this”の刺繍を入れています。

スマホや財布などの小物を入れるのにちょうどいいサイズです。

I created original fabric with a Bitcoin theme.
To give it a cute and playful look, I featured round items like pizza, oranges, clocks, and keys arranged in a dotted pattern.

ビットコインをテーマにオリジナル布を作ってみました。
丸っこいアイテムを集めたかわいいテイストにしようと思い、ピザ・オレンジ・時計・鍵を水玉模様のように並べてみました。

＜Kinchaku＞
A bag that opens and closes by pulling on drawstrings.
It has been used in Japan for centuries and is known as a “Drawstring Bag” overseas.
Drawstring bags with a square bottom are a traditional Japanese design.
They are lightweight and can be folded compactly.
These bags pair well with traditional Japanese clothing like yukata and jinbei, and are often used to carry small items during festivals and events.
Depending on their specific design, they are sometimes referred to as Shingenbukuro.

＜巾着＞
ひもを引っ張ることで、口が閉じたり開いたりする袋。
日本で古くから使われており、海外では「Drawstring Bag」という名で用いられています。

底が四角い形状の巾着は日本の伝統的なデザインで、軽量かつコンパクトに折りたたみ可能です。
浴衣や甚平などの和服と相性が良く、祭りや行事で小物入れとして使う人もいます。
形状によっては信玄袋と呼ばれることもあります。
